Will I Pay Tax On May Order?

Some states require us to charge sales tax. If applicable, you will see the amount of sales tax being charged before you finalize your order.

Are RV Discount Mattresses Flippable?

None of our RV mattresses should ever be flipped since they are all designed with a supportive base and topped with select comfort layers. Instead, we encourage you to rotate your mattress every 6 to 8 months for optimal comfort and sustained longevity.

How long before I can sleep on mymattress?

After you unwrap your new mattress and set it up. In can be slept on in just 30 minutes to 1 hour. It may take up to 24-48 hours to fully expand and fill in the corners.

Does The Mattress Have A Smell?

Like other high-end memory foam products, there may be a slight smell after you unbox the mattress. The initial smell is similar to a new pack of tennis balls or a new car. It's normal and harmless and will disappear with time.

Do Mattresses Have A Break-In Period?

Once you open your mattress from the sealed vacuum-compressed packaging, it may take a few hours to a full day for it to fully expand, breathe and adjust to your room’s temperature. You can sleep on
it almost immediately. Remember, a new mattress is a big change for your body, so it may take a night or two to get used to it.

In the colder winter months, your mattress may take up to 5 days to fully decompress. If it sat on a cold truck or in a cold
warehouse, the temperature-sensitive materials will need plenty of time to take their natural form.

How Long Can I keep My mattress PackagedIn The Box/Bag?

After delivery, you can keep the mattress in the box/Bag for up to 30 days. We recommend opening your mattress before then to ensure the best results when expanding it to its proper shape and size.

Need To Cancel Your Order?

We understand things happen, and sometimes an order needs to be canceled. If your order is able to be cancelled before
going into production, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund.  If your order has already went into production but has not shipped yet, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund minus a $49 stocking fee. If your order has already shipped or has already been delivered. And you need to cancel simply give us a call at 800-730-3002 and we can give you instructions on how
to return the mattress. In order to be granted approval for return. You must have had the mattress for less than 30 days and the mattress must be unopened and still in the original box. Once we receive the mattress back you will
receive a full refund minus a $49 stocking fee. The customer is also liable for return shipping to us.

Ordered The Wrong Size Mattress?

RV Discount mattress is not responsible for buyers ordering the incorrect size or firmness. Please always double check your
selections. Do not rely on what the salesman or floorplan tells you. Please measure for yourself and double check size before ordering.

Please explain the 120-Night Sleep TrialPeriod?

If during your 120-night sleep trial (which begins once you have received your new mattress), you decide that you are not completely happy with your mattress and wish to return it, we will help dispose
of your mattress and help you begin your return. 

Please allow 30 days to laps from the date of delivery before beginning the return process.

Customers are able to make use of this 120-night comfort trial on one occasion. The second occasion is not eligible
for a return.

Please note: there is a $99 return fee for all mattress returns to cover the cost of picking up your mattress. We do our very best to donate, recycle, or otherwise repurpose all returned mattresses.

your request. 

Please Note: No returns or exchanges will be offered on clearance items.

Is There Anything Not Covered By The 120-Night Sleep Trial?

Yes. Errors in ordering, sizing issues, finances, cancellations/requests to cancel and changes in circumstances are also not covered by the 120-Night Sleep Trial and will void the sleep trial.

What Is Shop Pay?

Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout feature from Shopify. It allows you to save your checkout information (like your credit card and email address) for a faster purchasing experience. Shop Pay also offers installment payments, so you can pay for your purchase over time.

Why Buy With Shop Pay?

How Does Shop Pay Approve Borrowers For Loans?

Shop Pay Installments is powered by Affirm. When you choose a Shop Pay payment plan, Affirm will review it and approve it
if you’re qualified.

How Does Shop Pay Perform A Credit Check?

Shop Pay itself does not check your credit. However, if you opt for monthly payments and don’t pay on time, your credit score may be affected. (This only applies to Shop Pay’s monthly payment options, not its biweekly payment plan.)

 How Do I Make My Payments?

Your first payment is due at checkout and your remaining payments are automatically charged to the credit card you’ve
saved with Shop Pay. So you can click it and forget it!

Are There Any Interest Or Fees Associated With Shop Pay, Like Late Fees Or Interest?

If you opt for Shop Pay’s biweekly payments, you will not be charged extra fees or interest. If you opt for monthly payments, they may carry 10-36% APR. There are no late fees. However,
late payments may affect future eligibility.
